2. What data we collect

When you fill in the appointment form, we collect your name and phone number (required) and, optionally, your email, preferred service, preferred date and time, and a free-text message.

We also record the consent you give in the form. We do not collect any other data, and we never ask for more information than is necessary to handle your request.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to respond to you and to schedule the appointment you request. The legal basis for processing is the consent you give in the form.

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing purposes, or subject it to profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Third-party services

Appointment requests are delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymous statistics about how the site is used.

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map that may set Google cookies when it loads. Links to WhatsApp and Facebook are operated by those providers under their own policies.

5. Cookies and local storage

With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic and improve the site; no analytics cookies are set until you accept the cookie banner, and you can decline or withdraw your consent at any time. The site also stores your language preference and your cookie choice in your browser's localStorage so the site can be shown in the language you chose.

The embedded Google Maps map may set its own cookies if you interact with it.

6. Data retention

Appointment data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request or appointment and is then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, in line with Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR-aligned).
